Meatec Review #1
How did I find out about the provider?
I became aware of Meatec through the Krypto-Magazin.
After some consideration I decided to buy a DASH-Miner and ordered it from Meatec. The order process was quick and easy via SEPA (european) bank transfer. After less than a week my Miner was online and accessible via the very functional but neat dashboard. In my opinion, the problem-free purchase process and the smooth commissioning speak very much for a trustworthy company and buying more is further encouraged by the transparent price-plans for power (currently $ 0.055 / kWh) and possible repairs.
What did I particularly like?
The choice of different miners and the transparency with regard to service charges. In addition, there is a video on YouTube showing the mining site, which is a rare good gesture from mining providers considering operational security of the facilities.
What could the provider do better?
I think the dashboard could use a little more work (translations, textual description of functions (example: the Reinvest function)). It would also be nice if you could make daily payouts of mining rewards or have the dashboard show the information that payouts are only possible on a monthly basis.
EDIT: Payouts are now possible whenever you want (max. 24h payout delay).
I would also like to see a larger selection of Ethereum-Miners or the offer of Monero- and ZCash-Miners.
EDIT: New Miners became available and Meatec now offers ETH-GPU and -ASIC Miners, as well as very profitable ZCash-Miners :).
Would I recommend the provider to a friend? If yes / no, why?
Yes, if they want to invest in mining, Meatec would be my first recommendation, as it is a nice exception of the rule in the scam-infested mining market.
Conclusion: Would I use the provider again? If yes / no, why?
Absolutely!
