There are crypto-currencies which are only known for their technology and innovation, and there are crypto-currencies which are identified with only one person. At Tron, we have the latter with Justin Sun and thus the CEO of the Tron Foundation. Tron's career as a crypto currency, from the plagiarism accusation in the white paper to statements from Justin Sun himself that his coin is a shitcoin, has a wide range of negative aspects to the credibility of the crypto currency. When staking TRON, the crypto currency BitTorrentToken (BTT) is distributed as a benefit, which can be used in the torrent ecosystem.
Technically it is a modification of the Ethereum Protocol which focuses on the entertainment sector with decentralised free content in contrast to the more and more centralised internet companies like Google or Alibaba.
Therefore this coin is unfortunately for me only a purely speculative investment. Here you should expect high volatility due to pump and dump.
