Ark opinion #1
What is ARK?
ARK is a cryptocurrency and blockchain based development platform that allows anyone to create their own fully customizable and interoperable blockchain. Reduce the industry's need for smart contracts by using custom transactions, logic, and multiple programming languages. ARK was founded in mid-2016 and later that year ran an ICO that raised $ 800,000. The team claims that solid financial planning has enabled ARK to become a well-funded company since its inception. On March 21, 2017, the ARK Public Network went online and hosted the native ARK crypto asset. Shortly thereafter, the ARK business unit ARK ECOSYSTEM SCIC was founded. The business unit is commonly referred to as "ARK.io" and is part of the team's branding and website.
The ARK ecosystem consists of an open source blockchain technology stack built in the TypeScript programming language.
What is ARK trying to solve?
ARK aims to solve the difficulty of working with blockchain technology and developing solutions that meet different use cases. The ARK Core Framework is designed to make it easier for developers to access blockchain technology. This framework consists of the ARK Core, which acts as the backbone of an ARK-based network, managing peer-to-peer operations, ledger database management, API access, custom business logic, and more. Inside the ARK Core Framework is the Generic Transaction Interface (GTI) that allows developers to create custom transaction types that run on a custom blockchain and meet the use case desired by the developer. The concept is similar to creating a decentralized application in Solidity. However, there is no complex new language to learn as the GTI works in TypeScript.
Conclusion: we only give 3 stars here, not because the project is bad.
